Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films and tags are still attached to the leather.
Ship the Item
Afford the postage through your preferred carrier and send the parcel to our logistics center in France using a tracked service.
Quality Check and Refund
Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
